Here's the Appeals Court ruling (pdf). Amazing and scathing!

I don't know if it's been posted or available in another format, but here's a link to a PDF one. It's very good, scathing in parts and they say no, you can't be a dictator, no, your counsel can't amend EOs and we don't believe you anyway.

That the law has to have a secular purpose.

Drumpf's words showed the lie to that when he and other administration folks called it a Muslim ban and indicated that they would be preferential to christians.

In other words, there was no secular purpose to this EO.
