The Oroville Dam

For anyone who has been following this situation--Rachel Maddow has spent a fair amount of time on it--its just getting worse and worse. 180,000 people evacuated today.

CA Governor Jerry Brown has been forced to ask the Whitehouse for assistance. Not only for the current emergency, but to rebuild the infrastructure of the dam. So......with the governor's defiance of the new administration, do you think CA is going to receive help? Will Trump make him crawl?

If needs be many of us will be happy to donate money to rebuilt. I prefer that over giving Trump the satisfaction assuming he wants to play that game.

They actually pay more in than they draw in assistance. Unlike many other states. They're a member of the union in good standing in need of federal assistance, and the federal government has an obligation to aid them.
