Steven Miller needs to be mentally evaluated. Show all the signs of a sociopath and in some

statements sounds like a psychopath.

The upper half of his face is disconnected from his lower half. His eyes, his eyebrows, his forehead, not a single wrinkle or sign of emotion, even as he held a seemingly passionate stance. There obviously is some serious emotional disconnect inside him.
