If they don't make a stand against this coup, our republic is toast. The very best organization to take Trump down is the Republican Party, but we know that won't happen. Everyone I know who is concerned about this administration & the direction the country is headed, also thinks 'it can't happen here.' My friends & family are confident that the US is immune from fascism. It's happening right in front of their eyes & they refuse to see it. "But people are out protesting & calling Congress!" Big deal. The GOP Congress could give a shit what you all think. They control the federal govt & most of the states, too. You thought voter disenfranchisement & gerrymandering was bad before? The dems will never see power again.

This guy says we have at most a year to defend our country. I say it's way less than that. Months, maybe. If we're lucky.
