But now an Austrian court has ordered the billionaire who has ties to both the Kremlin and to President Donald Trumps former campaign manager Paul Manafort be extradited to the U.S. to face racketeering charges.

I guess that he's a very "wanted" man all over the world.
It will be interesting to see if Spain gets to try him before we do.
