WOW! GOP congress already under attack before a single law is changed. WOW!

Before they've been able to use their total domination of all 3 branches of government to make a single law, they're already running scared from their constituents.

This is monumental.

The tv has been full of coverage, including video, of angry constituents challenging their reps in town halls all week. And this time, unlike the moron baggers, the questions make sense and the demands are doable.

They are probably all but immobilized at this point, and I couldn't be happier.

They HAVE to be thinking, If they're already this angry and ungovernable, how will I survive them after I take away everything that makes their lives the way it was under Obama?????

It seems that gerrymandering and electoral colleges don't really work the day after the election. Americans are showing that you really need our consent to lead, not the fake-out techinicalities that get the loser into the seat.

It's meaningless to win if you really are handcuffed by your own structural impotence.

How could they not understand that they are not the majority, and that they can easily over reach?

But then I confess I don't really understand them.

these fuckers will never give up as long as there is a nickel to be stolen from some gullible citizen.

Nosiree, they may be under attack, but they will indeed change to a strategy we are totally unprepared for.

Besides, they are bullies and simply will not stop.

Bannon is taking the White House on a suicide mission - gleefully. I don't have hope based on many factors. One being the mindset of today's Republican. Here in Costa Mesa a generous administrator of a political Facebook page died 10 days ago and it was stolen by a blocked member who was the antithesis of the page's original mission. And he gloats over his success in stealing the site. It's now a challenge to alert people to this theft. He has no remorse. He lies and lies. It is so ugly. Win at all costs.

I hate them.

It should be the number one goal for progressives to make the representatives know they are watching and willing to confront them. Make their private lives miserable, whether they go, ask them why they want to take healthcare away frompeople and allow a mad man to disassemble our country and void the constitution.

14. Their 'dominance' is false.

They lost the presidential race by significant numbers. Their majority in the house is thanks to gerrymandering. The senate slants conservative, just because of the way it is structured. Citizens United and Voting Rights rulings from Supreme Court nullified a bunch more votes. This government is not even CLOSE to representing the views of the majority of Americans. Now that Trump and Bannon are rubbing our noses in their filthy bigotry and hardline authoritarianism as hard as they can, the moderate middle is FINALLY waking up to what is really happening in this country.

What is interesting, if they had just been polite about it and backed off DeVos and the crazy anti-immigrant push, they might have gotten away with it.
