I finally reached 10,000 posts.

Thanks Skinner, Elad and EarlG for keeping this train running. The recent down time during the election brought home to me how much I depend on and appreciate this place. I really didn't believe the Bush/Cheney gang let us survive, but here we are.
Thinking about all the friends and associates that have come from this place, is absolutely amazing. The early days of activism and meetups have proven to be invaluable in my journey through my political life and beyond.

I'll check back in 15 years ( I'll be 89 then ) to let you all know if I've reached 10,000 more.

I remember back in the day posting with wilde abandon thinking BushCheney are IT...that they would never leave office. Was so happy to be proven wrong.

Kinda slumbered for 8 years, then out of nowhere someone sucker punched me and now we have this Trump character! I can tell ya, I am wide awake again...just like in 2000 and 2001.

Have to admit I had it pretty easy under Obama.
