Conservatives & Freedom Caucus Just Want To Abolish Whole ACA & Sub Nothing.

If you listen to the rumblings from hard core conservatives they would be ok with just abolishing the whole ACA act and have NO replacement at all. They do not believe government belongs in the health care business.
