Muslim Militia Groups and Training Camps?
Foolishly, I got into an argument with a Trump chump last night of FB. The discussion started from a news report on Pennsylvania militias, with reporters granted access to these groups and giving a fairly straightforward account of them.
No big surprises there. Standard "we're defending our freedom" fantasies that you always here from such clubs, and that's fine. As long as they're not committing or planning crimes, I say go on with your bad selves.
However, the discussion was swarming with rabid 2nd Amendment fantasists, all of them reciting the same NRA talking points and all of them convinced that they are personally the only thing keeping us from collapsing into Marxist socialist chaos. They made it damn clear that no one had better ask them about their own patriotic militia club because there ain't no pinko bleeding heart gonna tell them how to defend themselves.
I'm exaggerating slightly there, but only to the extent that I'm combining several like-minded posters' comments into one sentiment.
Anyway, I expressed the view that I'm that a pro-America militia made up of black men or Muslims would be just as vigorously defended by these champions of the 2nd, and they tripped over themselves in their outraged eagerness to assure me that there are plenty of black militias and Muslim training compounds in Pennsylvania, and I should stop stereotyping. They also asked how I'd feel when Muslims are invading our country, to which I replied that you're much more likely to be killed by a white Christian male than by a Muslim. Then they told me that I was spreading atheistic lies.
Incidentally, the militias profiled by the news story were, all of them, exclusively white and almost exclusively male.
Now, recognizing that verbal communication is difficult for these Trumpions, I thought I'd ask here instead: where are all of these black militias and Muslim training compounds? At [link:religions.pewforum.org/maps|last count,] Pennsylvania has a minimal Muslim demographic, accounting for less than 1% of the overall population.
However, I could certainly be wrong. Is there a strong community of black and Muslim militias right here in the commonwealth?
