Will the Democrats offer a rebuttal after the so-called speech

or, since this is not a State of the Union - what can he possibly say? - they should just ignore it, shrug, and say "whatever?"

will be a bold faced lie, I hope to hell there will be a rebuttal of some sort. However, what I'd really like to hear from the Dems is a call for a special prosecutor to pinpoint how the Russians successfully hacked our election courtesy of 45 and friends. This HAS to happen. Plan on Russia's involvement in our elections including the house and senate in 2018. Why would they stop now? Nobody is standing in their way.
