Gawd, I was just about to discuss how hard it is for women to make it in corporate America
Immediately before there was a post about 'skanks'...WOW
Men think women try to get ahead by sleeping with their bosses...I am sure that happens about .005% of the time...mostly getting ahead a women has to be 10 times better than her male counterpart.
I worked for a company in every capacity and asked if I would ever become a manager. and was told NO, cause I was a woman!
However the role I requested which was a role I invented, having done many, many different jobs for the company was offered to some geek in the computer room...he refused....the job idea died with him!
