If some kid steals a beer, he is prosecuted.
Lying to the Senate during confirmation is a crime.
When will charges be filed, and by whom?
Justice or a joke.
We all know the answer to that one.
When it is a Republican, it is not a crime.
Just ask Bush/Cheney.

Claim is no one can know what he really talked about and his statement is too ambiguous. Former Assistant Dir. to FBI said he will not be charged with perjury.
