So, how come Donald wants to gut NATO. You know, NATO, the Allied army that has kept the Russian tanks from running over Germany, France, Italy, England, Spain since 1949?

What could possibly cause Donald to want to get rid of NATO?

How you define gain. Americans and Russians would gain. One financially and one territorially. We should continue to back NATO. The Eastern European situation SCREAMS Rhineland situation pre-WW2. If NATO didn't exist, hell if America left NATO, Russia would have no issue "restoring" to its Cold War influence.

However he did say that he is tired of American Forces putting more worth in Europe's defense then the European Nations and they need to carry their own weight.
