If Trump AND Pence AND Ryan AND McConnell are implicated in Putingate

And there is demonstrable evidence that votes were manipulated that may have swung the election to tRump...

...is there any chance that the election be overturned, and the rightful President of the United States be sworn in?

Constitutionally, I know there's nothing that would permit it...but this is certainly an extra-Constitutional matter that would require interpretation and extrapolation by the Supreme Court.

I know it's wishful thinking...but I pray for a day that I wake up and Madam President restores honor and integrity to the United States.

1. It does soothe the soul to imagine a Hollywood ending to all this

And personally, I find it cathartic.

You'll be bombarded by strict constitutionalists who'll elaborate the most likely ending: we, as a nation, will follow the corruption down the line of succession as outlined in the Constitution and the first one not indicted gets to be president.

2. No!

Legally after the Speaker of the House, it goes to the President Pro Temp of the Senate. The line of sucession must be followed.

4. Even if the election itself was illegally compromised by a hostile foreign nation?

There are factors at play here that are not anticipated in our Constitution.

3. The entire Party is up to their eyeballs in this mess.

I would be surprised if there is a half-dozen that do not know about it or have refused to go along with their leaders?

6. Even if they did everything everyone thinks they did.

I question whether there's an actual prosecutable crime there.

These emails were hacked well before the primaries concluded.

If Putin showed up and said on the record to Donald, "we have these emails from Hillary and Podesta, and we want you to win."

And Trump replied, "release them on this date."

I can't see an actual, prosecutable crime that's taken place.

8. Looking at the line of succession

and all those who're up to their eyeballs in the Trump-Russia conspiracy, there's a possibility we'd end up with a President DeVos. Bwahahahaha

10. Possibly involves a Gang of Eight member

FBI is not sharing all intelligence with Gang of Eight. Seems someone in that group cannot be trusted in this matter, maybe is implicated. My guess would be McConnell, but only a guess.

12. Or HALF of them!

Under the "gang of eight" system, the executive branch of the United States discloses highly sensitive intelligence information to the following positions within the US congress:[6]

United States House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence:

Devin Nunes (R): (Chair)
Adam Schiff (D): (Ranking member)

United States Senate Select Committee on Intelligence:

Richard Burr (R): (Chair)
Mark Warner (D): (Vice Chairman)

Leadership in the United States House of Representatives:

Paul Ryan (R): (Speaker of the House)
Nancy Pelosi (D): (Minority leader)

Leadership in the United States Senate:

Mitch McConnell (R): (Majority leader)
Chuck Schumer (D): (Minority leader)
