(29,769 posts)other lawyers. There will be some pressure on them, though maybe not enough, we'll see. Thrilled that ACLU is doing this. If by chance he gets disbarred I believe he'd have to step down (unless he can get another bar license quickly from another state).

(5,730 posts)This should be a founded complaint. It would against any other lawyer. It should at least bring a public reprimand and a temporary suspension. That should knock him out.
I hope the bar doesn't come out and say something like, it's political. The right hates the ACLU, but im sure they did a first class complaint .
