Note to media... It's a LAW (upheld by SCOTUS) not a BILL

All morning long the spokesmodels on MSNBC have repeatedly called it a bill, and are oh-so "concerned" about what can be done to overturn it..

Even if the mad-hatters in the House do "repeal" it on July 11, it's not likely that the Senate would concur..and even if they did, would Obama sign it?

Is there a 2/3 majority to override a presidential veto?

1. It's DOA in the Senate so House Republicans are just wasting time (as usual)

Dems should take this opportunity and call for a vote on President Obama's jobs bill from last fall and hammer them if they refuse (which, of course, they will).

2. This is a win for Romney, don't you know!!

The court ruling has energized the republican base and the independents, and the angry left, and and....oh yea, and Romney has already raised a brazillion dollars off the ruling and and ....oh yea, people will flock to the voting booths to elect Romney so he can repeal Obamacare in his first 10 seconds after he is sworn in, and and...oh yea....Obama Is DOOMED!!!!

4. They told us Walker won the recall in Wisconsin with record turnout because people hate recalls

I wouldn't be too excited about November when we know what the media does to manufacture consent, we know the media is raking in record breaking profits to manufacture consent this election season, and we know the GOP has the ability to steal elections with very little effort or scrutiny.
