1. There is no new health plan.

I doubt this law will pass. It is shaping up as a disaster for the gop.

2. The only thing the GOP is offering is tax credits.

Everything goes back to pre-Obamacare. You are on your own to find insurance. When you file your income tax form, you will be able to claim your tax credits. It won't help much at all.
