Spicer: Investigation Will "Vindicate" Trump on Obama Wiretapping Charges

Sean Spicer says any investigation will "vindicate" President Mini-Mitts on his wiretapping accusations against former President Obama. Oh, he also concedes that a microwave oven is not an effective surveillance technique and said Kellyanne Conway -- who was sitting right in the briefing room -- had made the comments "in jest."
