3. No, but printers do. Copiers are so pre-computers. Most are printers now.

And they are very good spying devices, so don't expect privavy if using one is a public facility. Their wires might be tappped.

I suppose if it's a networked copier it might be tapped somehow... but these printers also have hard drives which have copies of all recent documents... and they might never be wiped.

So, if you know the printer, you can probably figure out who made the print-out. Similar to a disk or thumb drive - or emailed files. No matter how you spoof it, there are still traces to an actual device.
