Does anyone know if the AHCA requires insurance companies...

to provide a certain percentage (I think O'care was 85%)
of the premiums paid by a subscriber to go to actually providing health care?
I haven't heard anything about this going around in the whirlwind death vortex
that is the AHCA.
If they went over this percent is the subscriber supposed to get a refund
like in O'care?

$500,000 right away...the ACA required 80% be spent on healthcare. This took away incentive to save money for profit by not providing promised care. The AHCA is a disaster.
