On his Facebook page, (Canova) promoted an appearance by Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein. (He later stated) "I have not endorsed her. I have not endorsed her at all...I'm pretty much staying on the sidelines and not campaigning for anybody at this point."

While competing in the primary, Canova said he'd support the Democratic nominee, Hillary Clinton. But, he said Wednesday, that was before Clinton endorsed Wasserman Schultz in the primary.

The website for his PAC is a bit bewildering. Apparently it's a team of one. His profile is the only one listed on the "Our Team" page.
