degenerate donnie is STILL incredibly popular with their base. But that 37% is the reason he's having so much trouble with this health care bill. MODERATES aren't afraid of him at all.

Among Deplorables who rely on subsidies or Medicaid and aren't stupid he is more popular than his plan.

I suspect there are congressional districts where he is a above water but as for states I would say less than ten.

The Republican Party is deeply divided, but they are doing their best to put up a united front as a masquerade to continue menacing the vast majority of American citizens.

They are afraid of his cult followers will do to them. A lot of them are also terrified of what the Koch brothers will do to them.

But, yes. They are stupid, too. I thought that has been pretty obvious.

They think when they pass their agenda down the road their base will be happy with them, which I cannot see.

I have just been waiting their followers are the who they will be terrified of once their family and friends start dying. Overtime, many will go out of business due to lack of customers in every industry in this country then many will say...

Destroy environment, cut science, de-regulate and privatize. Terrorize and deport. The machine is grinding on doing these things while we all focus on one or two prime issues.

honestly, the "freedom caucus" isn't afraid of ANYONE.

These are the deranged assholes in super gerrymandered districts that know they will get relected if they are caught on video lopping the heads off puppies while wiping their arses on the american flag.

As you note, they love his hatred and carnal way of life. They kind of look up to him being able to con and take advantage of people at such high level. If you see Pence look at him, you see love in his heart. Seriously, he looks at him like a teenage girl at her first crush.

joke, and certainly no companies are quaking in fear if Trump mentions them in a tweet. Hell, he went after NORDSTROM's after they dropped Dearest Daughter's clothing line, and they didn't back down.

Trumpie still barely won and lost the popular vote. I see no chance for him to win a second term...assuming he is not in prison. I think the GOP believes this is their last chance at real power and want to get what they can...we have to remember they want to repeal healthcare and will only be dissuaded if they think they will lose their cushy jobs. The Democrats will have their work cut out for them when they regain power to fix things...but we have for years cleaned up after the Republicans. It is so important to regain the Senate in 18 if we can so they don't get another justice...and shut them down...just as they planned to shut Hillary down. I think we may get the house...these freedom folks will keep going...not looking out for their constituens but when these folks see how the policies will ruin their lives...I think some of them will vote them out. It is easy to vote on abortion or gay marriage when you have Medicaid or social security or medicare...but when red-staters figure it out and some are on to them already, they will vote their pocketbook. And the GOP has a real problem as their economic policies bring nothing but disaster.

people know that whatever one PuKKKe believes, they all will support. When the president is a dick, they all are dicks. GOP voters are also dicks. They love to fuck people over and watch their pols fuck people over. The biggest, looniest dicks are the most popular Repubs. And they are proud of it.

These people are in a cult, and they won't listen to reason.
