I am on a health care tangent...Emergency rooms that receive any kind of federal funding....

Emergency rooms that receive any kind of federal funding and that includes Medicare and Medicaid payments are required by law to treat sick or injured individuals in their emergency rooms regardless of their insurance status.

I am surprised the Deplorables haven't tried to repeal that. They can turn America into the Lord Of The Flies. Some of them are pretty f---ing soft like this cat:

I don't think they will fare well in that kind of situation.

I already told my Congressman that if you kill ACA, then you might as well do this as well. Also open up Soylent Green euthanasia centers and ship the valuable protein to feed our Iowa hogs.

Local Police usually first responders for accidents, heart attacks, all kinds of medical emergencies. Even their own prisoners need emergency room services.

Bad enough with Americas shortage of hospitals, shortage of Doctors and especially in many States rural areas, shortage of any healthcare facilities.
