Russian election intrusion creates inquiry on vote & voter registration hacking at House Intel Comm

http://www.rubenmajor.com/2017/03/24/russian-election-intrusion-creates-inquiry-on-vote-count-voter-registration-hacking-at-house-intelligence-committee/

..... It is important to consider the Russian hacking network, capability to make and distribute computer viruses, motive for hacking, and confirmed voter registration penetration versus our own voting machine and voter registration vulnerabilities when answering the question. Considering Russian capabilities, motive, as well as “loud,” prolonged, and confirmed voter registration penetration, we need more information to be made public related to any investigation surrounding the election systems. .....

This may be a distraction from the fact that Trump and co. committed a crime; no ifs, ands, or buts. Jonny Appleseed Mar 2017 #1
Was hacking registrations part of the crime? Hacking voter registration is worse than e-mails! L. Coyote Mar 2017 #2
I don't think any hacking took place Jonny Appleseed Mar 2017 #3

We should be prosecuting them right now but everyone is tiptoeing around it because he's a).the president b).completely unpredictable and c).incredibly thin-skinned.

We don't know the extent of the problem at this point and should not ignore the possibility criminal actors can delete voter registrations by hacking. All aspects of election integrity must be considered in any inquiry into how the election was compromised.

I think Putin was just as surprised as us that American voters were stupid enough to elect him all by themselves.

Vice News did a thing about how widespread hacking is infeasible and even if individual machines were hacked it would need to be done in person and the fraudulent machines would be rather simple to identify by comparing it to census data.

This hacking the vote machine stuff is kin to the same claims republicans made in the weeks before the election to validate their foreseeable loss. Tinfoil hat territory.
