prematurely declaring that we were able to stop them before that happens is a path to disaster.

A little history lesson tells you the republicans will do whatever they want, including changing the rules

But I THINK they changed some parts the conservatives were uncomfortable with. Made it worse basically. Who the heck knows what's in it.
