It goes in all directions and sticks out at his neck. It's also an even more intense shade of yellow. I think he "does" his own hair because he doesn't want anyone, even a barber, to know that it's gray and he's going bald. It's definitely an amateur job.

No respectable hair person would permit that bizarre shade of orange or yellow -- it changes rather frequently -- on a client's hair.
