When saying you'll vote no gives you more leverage to get things you want, you say no.

When that leverage is gone and your no vote would go on your record as not wanting to change Obamacare, you suddenly become a yes man.

Trump's drastic negotiating ploy will work. It will pass.
No Republican wants to go on record as killing the new plan.
