whatever. When the comeuppance arrives it always has a particularly satisfying feeling. How many times did Mr. Trump go out of his way to describe President Obama as weak, feckless, ineffective? How many times have he and his cohorts tried to go out of their way to show up his predecessor. The black-hearted bastards actually wanted to repeal the Affordable Health Care Act on the anniversary of its passage-no doubt just to symbolically stick it to Obama. Oh well. On days like this, I actually start to believe that there is a force in the universe that serves up a little justice now and then.
How sweet is this spectacular failure when viewed in this context? So, Mr. Trump, you and your party control the House of Representatives. You control the Senate. You control the entire Executive branch of government. The republicans have been plotting to overturn Obamacare for seven years. Now with all of the cards stacked in your favor. With all of the advantages and your "oh so powerful" backing, your efforts go down in flames. The master of the Art of the Deal couldn't pull off your biggest policy initiative despite having the playing field tilted your way. Add this to the ever-growing list of failures you're accumulating-and it's not even two full months since your inauguration. What spectacular failure awaits you next?
Every day the specter of President Obama, his classy beautiful family, the way he conducted himself in office, the accomplishments he achieved must gall you to no end. He was so good at this job an you are so incredibly bad at it. And Obama did it all in the face of immense hostility from your friends in Congress. How could that be? What temper tantrum will you throw now? Who will you blame? The Democrats? What a stand up guy you are. So tell us Mr. Trump. Who is weak? Who is ineffective? What will you screw up next?
