His most recent book, On Tyranny: Twenty Lessons From the Twentith Century, is a must read.
He lays out the threat we are facing and offers a road map to avoid mistakes of the past.
Last night on Real Time with Bill Maher, in spite of Bill's rude interruptions, he managed to let viewers know what his new book is about and how important the information is at this point in history.
Get the book, read it, pass it along.

figure out what you stand for and be yourself.

They dont do it on their own. This is the moment of ask not what the institutions can do for you. Ask what you can do for the institutions.'

(12,414 posts)Bill just never listens to what his guest have to say, he is too anxious to make his own inane points.
It would be better to see Snyder on show format, like Joys Reids' show, where an adult discussion could take place.
Bill lets his being a smartass get in the way.

(54,770 posts)I agree Maher is not the best place for him, certainly not a few minute segment.
