Get Rid of AG SESSIONS! WeNeed LAWYERS! DC, Alabama!

This can be done! IMPORTANT!

One way to approach it is to file a Disciplinary Complaint with the licensing board in DC (where he is acting as a lawyer), and, perhaps, more important, Alabama, or anywhere else he may be licensed.) That is the Bar of DC and the State Bar of Alabama. You do not have to be a lawyer to do this, but a lawyer familiar with the rules and cases of the jurisdiction can make a much stronger complaint.
I don't find other places where he is licensed.

(Bill Clinton was disbarred in Arkansas after the Lewinsky debacle!)

However, a disbarred lawyer CANNOT be Attorney General of the US!

Even if a complaint has been filed by someone, a well reasonsed and properly cited complaint by an Alabama lawyer, and a DC lawyer, will probably force him to hire legal counsel, and deal with it. The more complaints, the stronger the case too. However, the better the complaint, the more seriously taken! If an investigation were pending by a serious body, the Disciplinary Bar might defer, but not in Bill Clinton's case. There is no serious investigation pending.

Still, anyone trying whatever, is probably to be commended, but we don't want to pile up a lot of frivolous cases and losses.

3. You can get the forms from the State Bar, even online.

I tried to clarify it again. Lawyers know how to do this, so I am mostly writing for lawyers, who are licensed in those jurisdictions. Not required always, but taken more seriously, plus they know the state rules, as well as ABA Model Rules. However, some lay people can be very adept, but lawyers complaints may be taken more seriously.

I Hope clarified for 1 and 2. Thx

8. "The appearance of impropriety," is needed. Thx Coyote!

" The appearance of Impropriety, " is always the big catchall. When the bar can't quite nail the evidence, but it LOOKS bad, this often works. I added my name and licensing information as a lawyer to the complaint by Nancy L, which was required for the Disciplinary Complaint, according to her post. Most states won't act on out of jurisdiction complaints, unless you were aggreived in that state. On my annual malpractice application, it asks if I have ever filed a complaint against a lawyer, so now I have to update that. I Hope I'm not denied a renewal, like all insurance applications, they count the risk factors against you. I have not filed a complaint against a lawyer before.

Anyway, I hope lawyers will come forward, especially from Alabama and DC. This is something where our profession could help.
(It is similar to the elderly, but esteemed, psychologists and psychiatrists standing up to DT with diagnostics. They said they frequently had more information about him, than many clients they had met with. They took great professional risks, but they did the right thing. Our risk is not nearly so great.)

7. Thank you for all of the links. I was looking for the ACLU!

Of course, they are on it! You are on it in a different way, but it may work. The AG of Alabama is a possibility.
Thanks for the form. Wow, what an active group.

10. What is the basis for your assertion that a disbarred lawyer cannot be AG?

11. He is required to be an attorney.

One who is disbarred is no longer an attorney, at least in the state he was disbarred in, which would be a state in which he is licensed.

Obviously, the ACLU knows this, very basic and obvious , as it was brought to my attention that the ACLU is also pursuing this route.
