Of COURSE The GOP Is To Blame If Obamacare Fails

It's not that ACA exists in a vacuum... insulated from GOP politics and sabotage.

If Dems were in power they would simply FIX ACA. If the governing majority in the GOP are determined to weaken or sabotage ACA or if the GOP refuses to fine tune it then THEY are to blame.

Case closed!

Of course the GOP will neither try to fix ACA or stop trying to sabotage it. But that IS the proof that THEY own any ACA problems.

I'm merely trying to reframe the argument to counter Trump's framing.

The Military types can help me out here. If you are "on watch" or "guard duty", and open the gates and let the enemy in, but you are asleep when they come in, nobody will blame you, right? Aren't those the rules?
