Report: Bush called Trump's inauguration speech 'some weird shit'

"Former President George W. Bush reportedly reacted to President Trump's inauguration speech by saying, "That was some weird s--t."

Bush attended Trump's inauguration, sitting near former President and First Lady Bill and Hillary Clinton as well as former President and first lady Barack and Michelle Obama.

According to a new report by New York magazine, three people present at the event say they heard Bush say, "That was some weird s--t" after the swearing in ceremony concluded.

Ahead of the event, Bush's office said the couple is “pleased to be able to witness the peaceful transfer of power — a hallmark of American democracy — and swearing-in of President Trump and Vice President Pence.”

The former president did not make any official statements following the inauguration."
