Keep calling the others - ESPECIALLY if they're YOUR Senator!

CALL THEM THURSDAY & ask them to OPPOSE Gorsuch: 1-888-877-2040

AFTER we get 41 Senators opposed to Gorsuch, then call and demand that your GOP senators NOT change the 60-vote rule. Tell them to change the NOMINEE, not the rule.

Gorsuch was chosen by the Federalist Society and the Heritage Foundation - Trump allowed them to choose the nominee THEY wanted. He's dangerous, FAR too extreme and his being seated on the USSC will all but ENSURE that Trump gets away with EVERYTHING.

I'd like to think so. I have really been liking some of his positions I'd like to think he's a more decisive person for our state than Tom Carper is. I love Tom, but he kinda rides the yellow line down the middle-of-the-road.

So I'm not sure why he's listed as an unknown.

Coons just said on CNN that if they get an binding agreement with both parties not to change the rules on Gorsuch and an admission that Garland's seat was stolen, they'll back off on the filibuster to ensure the next appointment is agreed on by both parties.

Seeing as I have absolutely no faith or trust in Republicans, I think that's a bad move. Nothing will stop them from breaking the rules the next time either.
