Anyone confused about why they're going after Susan Rice?

It seems to me that it's almost automatic. She's an intelligent, Black woman who held high office in the previous administration and did an excellent job. For some White people - especially those who support the current administration - this is an affront to everything they believe, and, consequently, she makes the perfect scapegoat for their inability to explain away Trump's idiotic position that President Obama surveilled him and his cronies in Trump Tower.

As a Caucasian myself, I find their unfounded accusations to be disgusting and pitiful.

2. Caught and guilty means you try to get the evidence thrown out. Really simple.

That started when the WH was subpoenaed (I assume) and WH counsel ordered document preservation (they don't say why).

Which triggered Trump's cyber-lynching of Obama to try to politicize the investigation to get the evidence thrown out.

Once the WH had been put on notice, everyone got really serious. What they want is to put on a happy face and pretend nothing is wrong, but they are no longer able to hide their panic.

Don't confuse them trying to spin this into "the black guy's fault" as not taking it seriously. That is part of their exit strategy from a very serious situation and evidences how seriously they are taking it. Nunes has revealed the degree to which they are shitting bricks and committing obstruction crimes to hide their total terror about the criminal investigation now that they know they were caught on tape.

5. They are claiming Hillary got intelligence briefings after she stopped

20. I'm old enough to have marched for civil rights as a college student.

I will never forget some of the crowds that lined the street where we were marching spitting at us and calling us "N--- lovers." That absolutely confirmed for me that we were doing the right thing. When we elected Barack Obama, I naively thought that the battle was finally over. Was I ever wrong!! And here we are again, fighting the same fights. I don't know how long it will take, but justice and equality will certainly win. I just pray that it's in my lifetime.
