Just called my 2 Dem senators and thanked them for standing strong!

I am one of the most fortunate to have 2 Dem WOMEN Senators - Patty Murray and Maria Cantwell! Still important to call and thank, even if no need to persuade.

This is a moment in history and I am glad to see Dems showing backbone. They are typically very concerned about process and the long view, but this is one time to take a stand and let the chips fall where they may.

Only wish I could live long enough to read the history of this time from the perspective of time.
