have pointed out, trump was only too willing to sign it, not only to distract away from his scandals, but to demonstrate just how macho he thinks he is.
During the Cuban Missile crisis, Curtis E. Lemay and a few other generals were trying to encourage John Kennedy to make a first strike with nuclear weapons against Russia. If someone like trump was in charge then instead of Kennedy, we might not be discussing this now

Anyone consider more poison gas might be stored there? If one our missles blew up the gas storage facility, we might be charged with releasing poison gas. Sad!

Experts say the explosion resulting from an air strike on a chemical weapons facility would most likely incinerate any agents. Sarin and other nerve agents are also usually stocked in a "binary manner", which means they are kept as two distinct chemical precursors that are combined just before use, either manually or automatically inside a weapon when launched.
