I have zero confidence in the claim that Assad did this (yes he is capable of it but the timing is insanely suspicious right as Tillerson goes to Russia and Trump was plummeting b/c of the Russia investigations) -- we are certainly capable of claiming a false flag attack AND/OR it is possible Russia was involved. That region is suck a complete clusterfuck that "solid evidence" can't be trusted.

When say I think he's the likely culprit, I say it with about a 75% certainty. That other 25% would be too high for me to go shooting missiles at him without NATO, Congressional, or UN approval.

Perhaps she doesn't express herself clearly. Or perhaps she's a kneejerk Assad supporter who's secretly lusting after Putin's body. Personally, I'll go with the former since I've seen enough of his body in his publicity photos to have serious doubts about the latter.
