Coffee does that to people
I 've been to the Blue Mountains and taken the tour, yah mon. I love my coffee in the AM also but think Blue Mountain is a bit over rated, but that's just me. Drinking Guatemalan dark roast this morning, Cheers!

(8,006 posts)Love that, earthy, funky, amazing taste that comes from letting the fruit dry on the bean before de-pulping.Toba Lake bay-be!
Washed coffees just wash away half the taste in their de-pulping process.

(18,828 posts)I'll get a cup when I go out and can sit and enjoy it while it's hot. I detest luke warm coffee and sadly, any coffee I make. Doesn't matter what I do, I make the world's worst coffee.

(18,511 posts)..... in order to keep things in the proper perspective and maintain a cheerful disposition.... while climbing out of bed in the morning..... before my feet even hit the floor..... I quickly gulp down three shots of bourbon.
With this shit-gibbon in the people's White House and his band of right wing nut jobs I need way more than coffee to sustain me.

(296,114 posts)No alcohol before noon - it's a joke because I rarely drink
We have one cup of BM and then go for our walk I drink coffee until noon - funny I don't like it later, but I'll have a scoop or two of coffee ice-cream at night - and those coffee toffees from Colombia are divine any time of day or night.

(3,381 posts)this morning that it really helps to put the frickin' cup under the spout on the, thankfully, one cup coffee brewer. Lot of bad words uttered to start the day. As I seem to be adamantly saying to my kids more and more these days, it has nothing to do with age! Don't hink I will mention this one to them.

(76 posts)the appeal of coffee. I don't like it, don't like coffee-flavored anything, not even coffee ice cream. I'll drink a little home-brewed iced tea, but I don't like hot tea - my husband's family in England is so disappointed - and soda is way too sweet. I'll stick to ice water.
