That's just a little off target.

Taliban fighters and the remnants of al Qaeda might wave their flag to piss us off, but they are not part of the crumbling New Caliphate, those birds are mostly in Iraq and Syria.

He's just grandstanding to his base again, bombing the wrong country and claiming he's fulfilling the promise to defeat ISIL in a week.

He's a little late in addition to being off target.
