1. The Americans who would have to get rid of him

are the Republican Congress, which will not do anything as long as he helps promote their agenda. The rest of us have no power to do a damn thing.

Is, if the spending keeps on at this rate will the outrage grow to such an extent that the big bad money conservatives would have to do something about him. There are plenty of things they could charge him with.

4. When you consider the total size of the federal budget

the amount is not large enough for Congress to be outraged enough to do anything, although they ought to be. SCROTUS' expenses would certainly fund Meals on Wheels and PBS and many other budget items, but the GOPers would rather spend the money on a president who'll sign their bills without reading or understanding them.

7. I Don't Think For A Minute It Would Be Generated In Congress

It would end up there. The anger about the millions spent is growing and may become a cause...we'll see. I just know that I'm seeing it in a lot of places besides here. Just like Rachel reporting last night how much patrolling the waters around his vacation home is costing the Coast Guard whose budget he just cut.
