Actual quote on Facebook, I kid you not...

When asked if Sarah Palin would make a good POTUS:

"She is actualy moore qualified to hold executive ofice than hillary, and by the way she is a woman, you all do want a woman president right?"

Intelligence abounds with the deplorables!

I know, I know...I really need to stay off Facebook! Makes me crazy!

It does drive me crazy sometimes, but there's a lot of great stuff and friends and family there.

I also to be able to see, once in a while, what the other side is saying.

so it does definitely serve a purpose.

Every so often you just get a violent "face palm moment" tho....

it's very aggravating.

I have a Trump supporting cousin who ignores basically all my negative Trump posts, but then once in a while will point out some small error or will blame a Dem for the same thing. Like she must be reading them, but ignores most of them, unless she can find a little thing to pick on. So freaking weird!

And family. And worked some business deals. My politics is out front and I don't apologize for it. The remarkable thing is how many friends I have, genuine friends whom I see in real life, who are Trump supporters, but we still get along. It's tough sometimes, because a few of them really are idiots, but I'm polite and don't say it out loud. My favorite FB relationship is with my cousin who owns a conservative AM talk radio station is Georgia. He is as hard-core as they come. Trump sent one of his fancy buses to take his entire staff to the inauguration. He regularly uses me as a "character" on his radio show, although he's never actually asked me to call in. It's probably not safe, and easier to just mock me for my Facebook posts. Yet we still get along just fine (although his wife hates me, and will delete my posts if I say anything "mean" about her perfect husband).

Facebook is a strange universe.

She's not the sharpest knife in the drawer, that's for sure. But, at least on some level, she probably realizes that.

Unlike the "genius" we have now.

...you may be right. At least she's merely Moose Dump trailer trash, and not a global huckster cashing in on the presidency, with a fake hair trigger on the nuke button.

The political stuff was driving me crazy. I look at it briefly now not several times a day. And I don't post political stuff anymore. Made all my previous posts hidden. There's some crazy people on there with stupid memes like the stupid person comment.
