I feared three Presidencies.

Cruz - because he's a religious right whackjob, an insufferable economic Reaganite and a smarmy, social safety net-gutting fuck on the level of Paul Ryan.

Fiorina - because she's a vile human being who fired thousands upon thousands of workers at HP and Lucent while getting lottery perk after lottery perk as a CEO. Also, because she took $4 billion in 2004 Homeland Investment Act money and used it for stock buybacks . . . while firing workers. I don't want that element anywhere near the White House.

And, of course, Trump - because come ON.

I think if it were Kasich or Rubio that somehow won (For the record, I don't think either of them would have beaten Hillary) . . . I'd be angry and would still protest . . . but I wouldn't be "Scared to fucking DEATH" worried.

I'd probably be in the mindset of "let's weather this moron" rather than seeing a future of smoking ruin, crashes and no hope.

That's what the Red Hat Klan doesn't seem to get.

2. Well, assuming he gets ousted.

To think that Trump is a far less dangerous animal than the aforementioned three is folly at best.

Those three at least had prior governmental/political experience. This is a guy who thinks he can perform vascular surgery based solely on the fact that he's rich. This is unprecedented territory for America.

The odds aren't in our favor right now.

8. What makes me angry is that we're not pressing this as much as we should be.

Considering all of the organized crime behind those Russian Oiligarch fortunes, the eventuality of this scandal dying on the vine because "IOKIYAR" will be a crime in itself. This was a compromised election by a criminal element.

3. May as well add Pence to that list cause it is a real possibility

Believe you cold simply replace the name Cruz with Pence on your opening line.

4. If we're talking the people who initially ran in the primary, as an amendment.

But yes, Pence is just as dangerous a tool as Cruz is.

Here's hoping this Putin Collusion has legs and Evil Race Bannon goes down with Brainless Smurf.

6. Pence was planning to run

his presidency was delayed when folks objected to his Religious Freedom Restoration Act which raised a stink in all 4 corners of Indiana and throughout the country. Discrimination in the name of religion was deemed OK in that bill.

7. I NEVER understood the Religious Wrong's OBSESSION that everyone MUST be straight and cis.

Not that overly-religious people don't have screwy hang-ups to begin with (women, being pro-life in idea only, patriarchy, "one true religion", etc); I just never got why it matters SO MUCH that they view the non-straight as an "anomaly" or worse, an "abomination". These are people who have likely never encountered an out-LGBTQI person in their enclosed, narrow lives. Why does it MATTER to them?

9. Have always wondered that myself - was raised strict catholic

and could never understand the hate for those unlike us - heck with the catholics back in the day the irish catholics hated the Slavic catholics.

The only thing I can come up with is some instinct within animals (our ancestry) to cull the herd of those who would in some way make the herd not be nimble and quick enough in times of distress.

Religious beliefs and crazies fascinate me in a scary way.

10. My fear was always Huckabee

even though he did terrible at gathering primary votes, those puppy dog eyes and that sad soft voice, I thought would usher in an era of harsh theocracy. Fortunately, he's a moron.

Hard to argue with any of the three you have listed, though I hold a special place of disgust for Cruz. He's evil. Trump is more like Chauncey Gardner, with his finger on the button, lord help us.

11. Oh GOD, Huckabee . . . a whole family of idiots.

Isn't the one son an animal abuser?

Yeah, samesies here - while Huckabee is dangerous, he never worried me, primarily because he's Mike Huckabee. When one is too much of a moron for the Moron Party, it's time to rethink life.
