Meh...yeah, there were Dem presidents when we were drawn into the conflicts. Thing was, of course, that we would have eventually been drawn in anyway. Perhaps not WWI, because the Germans were on the verge of winning when the Americans finally showed up. They still may not have, but it was closer than many want to admit.

In WWII, given Japanese expansionism, we'd have been forced to fight back in the Pacific. Since Hitler declared war on us, we were drawn into the European war probably a year earlier than we might have been. There was quite a bit of anathema to another European war in America at the time.

WW2 had only a handful of discenting votes, WW1 was more opposed but not uniformly by the GOP.

but yeah, it was pretty universal. Not surprising following Pearl Harbor. Of course, that did not include war against Germany at the time, they declared war on us. Not Hitler's brightest moment, as we probably would not have joined the Eurpean war for several, if not many months. Not a lot of support for another European war at the time, and a surprisingly vocal bloc that was pro-Nazi.

1) They hated FDR and opposed him on all things, see, New Deal. While he was careful about not being out and out it, he knew it was coming and was preparing for it. They dogged him like the republicans did with Clinton and terrorism in the 90s, they only came on board when it hit home. Other than that they mostly pushed against our intervention out of partisan opposition to FDR preparing for the eventual conflict.

2) They were the business party even then, and a LOT of them had business with Germany. See, Bush, Prescott.

3) Even back then they were "anti-communist" and were no fans of jews. To the extent they had a dog in that fight, it was more so with Germany. See Ford, Henry.

9. Without the Republican Great Depression...

Hitler rose to power because of widespread unemployment. Without the Great Depression, Hitler would never have become as popular as he did and would never have attained any significant amount of power. WWII would not have happened if not for the Great Depression.

Republican policies caused the Great Depression, so they are directly responsible for Hitler, WWII, the Holocaust, and the deaths of 60 million people.
