“Red Pill” Pickup Artist Group A Haven For Sexual Predators

Republican New Hampshire State House Representative Robert Fisher is many things. He’s the son of a preacher man, a successful businessman, a father of two, a husband… and apparently, the mastermind behind one of the internet’s creepiest “pickup artist” groups on the popular website Reddit.com.

The content in the group, called “Red Pill”, regularly glorifies rape culture, diminishes the role of women in society and objectifies minor girls – and that sort of thing is encouraged, not discouraged. It contains thread after thread of men bragging about the techniques that helped them ‘score’, or deriding the “myth” of feminine value.

Some comments by group acolytes, who apparently are studying their perverse misogynistic dark arts at the feet of the master, a sitting Republican lawmaker, supposedly from the “family values” party:

It’s high time we discussed the matter of how to tease bitches. It’s no exaggeration to say that teasing is the single most fundamental skill that you must master in your quest to become a pussy wizard of hallowed legend. But doing so can be a daunting task, especially if you lack the talent for wordplay or verbal improvisation that teasing often requires.

To be fair, Fisher didn’t write these posts (that we can tell). But it is a screaming diatribe of misogyny posted on a blog that Representative Fisher created. But what Fisher himself DID allegedly write is far worse. Much of the content has been hastily deleted, but not before the Internet Archive cached it for posterity.

For a laugh, juxtapose the following sick pieces of literature with Fisher’s “family” section on his campaign website:

“I find women’s personalities in general to be lackluster and boring, serving little purpose in my day to day life.”
Yep, women of New Hampshire District 9, you bore Representative Fisher, and serve little purpose to him, except as sex objects, and voters, it would seem.

“When I’m out with friends, including girls, you know EXACTLY what the conversation will entail, it’s gossip or fashion, pop culture, trendiness, personal experiences. Nothing abstract. They do not chat in the abstract…when I told myself I thought they were smart, I really had the footnote in the back of my head… smart.. for a woman…But you know what two-way conversation I’m never going to have with a woman is? About how interesting special relativity is. How I consider the free-will argument to be moot because time travel causes paradoxes that render the concept nonsensical. Oh, sure, they’ll be interested, or at least act like they are. But there will be no two way conversation…I don’t hate women. I just understand what use they are to me.”
