If we're going the route of deregulation, let's go all the way.

Make robbery legal for everyone like it already is for the banks.
Make stock fraud legal for everyone like it already is for the Wall Street wheeler-dealers.
Make extortion legal for everyone like it already is for drug companies.
Make fraud legal for everyone like it already is for Republican politicians.
Make killing innocent people legal like it already is for the military.
Make lying for profit legal for everyone like it already is for the media.
Make poisoning your neighbor's air and water legal for everyone like it already is for corporations.
Make impersonating a government official legal for everyone like it already is for Trump.
Make treason legal for everyone like it already is for a large percentage of the current White House gang.

What other things should we deregulate?

It is already hard enough for a woman to get a man convicted for all of that crap, might as well take it all the way.

Do not forget the clause in small writing that if you are a particular high income bracket the law does not apply to you.
