I don't know why Washington didn't just take the interstate.

(2,984 posts)I drove down to Titusville (or something like that), NJ, so my daughter and I could spend Christmas with a friend from CA who was going to graduate school in NJ... and she took us to the reenactment. She also took us to Valley Forge, and it seemed like a (too!) good time of year to get a feel for the "winter at Vally Forge" experience.

There is a plaque on a house in Charleston indicating George Washington stayed there. I'll have to look through my photos of past visits to Spoleto and see if I can find it.
