How much responsibility do Republicans bear in this continuing White House crisis?

And it doesn't take a genius to see that this White House is in deep trouble.

Folks can talk all day about what the Democrats should do or what the courts should do or what the voters should do, but in the end, the only ones with the power to do anything about the crisis in leadership are the Republicans in the House and Senate of the United States.

But, that is a subject matter that is never broached. It is rather sickening to see Mike Pence or Sean Spicer or numerous others try to tell us what this President means when he says something stupid. But if that was the only problem, it would be no big deal.

There is a crisis in leadership in the White House that puts this country at risk. He was put into power by the Republican Party. Only they can take him out of power.

Further, they are directly and explicitly responsible for every problem that results from this administration as well as for failing to correct any pre-existing problem, or at least initiating the processes to correct those problems.

However, they will blame Democrats for their failures and for the economic disasters that they cause and for the wars that they start. The media will echo that blame, of course, and the voters will believe it.

Republicans have an unassailable, super-duper, mega-hyper majority in the legislature and control ALL statewide offices, as well as both senators and the congress rep. There are less than thirty Dems in the entire fucking legislature and they have very little clout and no power. But who does everyone blame for anything wrong or any problems at all? That's right, the Dems. And who eats it up? That's right, both the media lapdogs and the gullible, idiot public, who only look at the party when voting, not the name.

You can kill a baby on live statewide TV in this state and still be elected if you're a repub. If a Dem-EVERYTHING is our fault. Drives me fucking crazy, because there's so much corruption in this state due to one party super-rule.

Nearly all of them voted for him for President and continue to enable him. Everything that happens while they are not holding him as accountable as they held President Obama during the last 8 years is just as much their responsibility as it is Trump's. I had hoped that maybe John McCain and/or Lindsey Graham would be a little more skeptical and fight Trump more but their "resistance" to Trump seems to have lasted about all of five seconds before they just went right back to going along with the GOP leadership in the Senate. I will consider us all seriously lucky if we manage to make it through the next 4 years without any serious national emergency- forced or unforced- that requires intelligent and capable leadership.

normalizing dipshit donnie. When a center right repub can't even bring his self to admitting there is a serious problem with this pres. I can only say it is all the repub's responsibility and there is no way not to expect consequences from their enabling him.

and he'll erupt into some "maverick" phrase now and again just to keep the myth going. That's just for show.

But McCain is an unqualified YES man. He will DO NOTHING to buck the GOP. He's no different than Jim DeMint or Scott Walker when it comes to the nuts and bolts of his position.

and since I was safe because I was not one of the people he enjoys killing, even though I knew about his murders and even bore witness to them, I kept silent because each death served my purpose...

Am I also guilty?

What if by my choosing to look the other, I could get what I want, no matter who it hurt...

Am I'm an opportunist with a callous disregard for the lives of others?

Now what if I was the human resource executive in charge of hiring, and I made sure to hire people who fit the boss's victim profile, so I could keep my boss busy murdering people while I filled the important slots with people who thought as I did...effectively running the company myself...

Would I be Mike Pence? Steve Bannon? Jared Kushner? Paul Ryan? The entire GOP?

put a RUSH tattoo on all republicans, trump, all their media hacks

answer all their lies with "that's what limbaugh says", which is true- right now trump says shut down of govt is okay, that's what limbaugh's been saying for years.

he's the guy who should get credit for no single payer, iraq, the whole republican party decline

The parties desire for power & to limit, at any & all cost that intelligent well meaning black man in governance of our country, has led to a whole generation of incompent self&party-at-all-cost of corrupt sleazy politicians trying to figure out how to do their damn job. The conservative & republican party is an enabler of trump. They are guilty.
