Whip Count: Republicans Who Are Against the Revised Health Care Bill
A revised bill to replace the Affordable Care Act is pending in the House, with Republicans working to see if they have the votes to pass it. In March, lawmakers pulled a similar bill.
If 23 or more Republicans vote against the bill, it will not pass, assuming every lawmaker votes and every Democrat votes no. Here is where key House Republicans stand, though positions may change:

Republicans Who Switched to Yes or Lean Yes
The changes in the revised bill which would allow states to waive certain insurance rules, including one that prevents insurers from increasing prices for people with pre-existing health conditions swayed some members of the conservative Freedom Caucus who opposed the initial version.
On Wednesday, Reps. Fred Upton of Michigan and Billy Long of Missouri changed their positions after meeting with President Trump and agreeing to a last-minute amendment.
