Saving our country with honest and Equal disclosures of the truth. At least that was his intent. He will go down in history as the fool who elected DT by concealing, and thereby aiding, his treasonous campaign. I said it October 28th, and he re-confirmed it yesterday. The election of DT is destroying the USA, and it has already destroyed our reputation. Benedict Comey. He doesn't just have bad judgment, but no sense of honesty.

keep an eye on Attorney General from NY - Eric Schneiderman. He's got RICO cases up the whazoo involving degenerate donnie. Remember that prosecutor who refused to quit and donnie fired 24 hours later? He took those 24 hours, got all his files on donnie together and handed them to Schneiderman. donnie can't pardon for state crimes.

That is when pardoning for crimes that have not been prosecuted or convicted. So he may be able to pardon anyone convicted while he still holds office, but prosecutions can be launched after he leaves.

Further, the Republicon Party can be made to own and wear the public anger at self-serving pardons.

I'm not a legal scholar, but I think that if the "Original Intent" conservatives on the courts were honest and consistent they would not construe this to include pardoning in advance.

I would approach it by saying that until it is proven (prosecuted, tried, and conviction obtained) then it is only an allegation and not an Offense. Note that the word is capitalized by which we can deduce that they meant it to be factual, an official item, not merely conceptual.

I know lots of intelligent people say it takes time, but there's been investigations going on for quite some time and nothing real at all so far. I want to see indictments, grand juries, lawsuits and even arrests (yeah, I know, very unlikely). I fear there is no agency that can do this, the repugs control everything, even it appears the FBI and they just don't give a fuck about the country, it's constitution or it's people. All they care about is power and they have it and won't do one fucking thing to change the status quo. Almost all of drumpfs cabinet is complicit in the treachery, and top legislators like Ryan, McTurtle, Nunes, Chaffetz and who knows how many more were also involved in treason against the country.

I think there is a lot behind the scenes - in terms of power plays / struggles. Deals, etc.
WE don't matter - everything being "leaked" is for a purpose - to make some sort of deal. Sickening.

As for prosecuting? They didn't prosecute the banks laundering drug money etc - I have little hope unless somebody doesn't "deal" that there will be anything. It's just a bargaining chip.

People don't get that the entire SYSTEM is corrupt. Not just trump. trump is a bonus because he is a disrupter / shit magnet - that creates distraction and dissent.

It's a somewhat old story. It's too complicated for the public to understand, since Trump isn't directly involved in any laundering.

None of Trump's corruption and collusion so far has had any effect on him getting elected or staying in office, or his popularity with Trumpers. SAD.

We dont have anything firm yet to prove it though does smell like hell I agree there is the possibility that he wasnt colluding with Russia but rather someone or someones in Congress were or someone on his campaign was.
My money though would be on some people in Congress specifically certain Repugnants that have been stonewalling any independent investigation into whom Russia was working with when it was interfering in our elections.
