MSNBC has confirmed reports that MJ co-hosts Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough are engaged

Scarborough popped the question while the two were in the south of France over the weekend to celebrate Brzezinski's 50th birthday. The couple's off-air relationship has been one of cable news' worst kept secrets. Last month, Scarborough said that the two had 'crackling off-air chemistry' in an interview with the Hollywood Reporter. They are said to be on 'cloud nine' since returning from vacation.
